The
“cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block (depending on availability) is June 22, 2009. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local
time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate.
We are
pleased to confirm a special rate of $99.00 per night for GAFE families.
The GAFE board
has secured 75 rooms at this reduced rate. We ask families to submit their registrations and
hotel rooms early.
The GAFE board cannot guarantee additional rooms at this
reduced rate once we have filled this block of rooms.
All those booking hotel rooms will be required to send in the GAFE application along
with the first payment for GAFE within 10 days of booking hotel.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold hotel rooms for those who are not registered for the
event. We always do our best to accommodate all those wishing to attend.
